PublicHAUS Update**
Season 0 is coming to an end and now we prepare for the roll over into season 1 (on Optimism). Final transactions are being completed for our full cross chain migration from mainnet eth to L2 Optimism. This is a time to reflect and celebrate our inaugural season. We have had some successes and some failures, hopefully a lot of learning. Whats next? We continue to iterate, experiment and evolve.
Next week PublicHAUS open staking starts, along with new Champion applications and a season 0 retro active rewards signal session. The following week we will start the season Objective setting signal session.

As we go into the new season 1 objective setting session it may be worth looking at an analysis of Season 0 objectives and a strategic narrative by DAO champion UI369.
The most recent DAOhaus signal vote asked members to create objectives and key results and to rank them with a token-weighted vote.
The overall theme surfaced by these objectives is one of holistic growth and development of DAOhaus as a protocol & brand, and PublicHAUS as a DAO. The objectives encompass various aspects such as protocol maintenance (S1/O2), community expansion (S1/08, O6), ecosystem funding (S1/08, O9), product development (S1/O11), chain migration (S1/01), metagovernance (S1/O3, O5), adoption (S1/O10) and public awareness (S1/O7, O4).
DAOhaus aims to enhance its existing infrastructure (S1/O2, O11), attract new users (S1/O4, O10), establish itself as a leader in developing on side chains (S1/O1, O7), and foster collaboration and sustainability within its ecosystem (S1/04, O8, O9). The objectives reflect a commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The top objective signaled a desire to support users by improving protocol maintenance and ensure the prompt resolution of reported issues (KR 2.1). There was also a strong signal to establish a presence on significant side chains. (S1/01 & S1/07) Following that, a signal for grants and funding initiatives demonstrates dedication to supporting and nurturing its community and other projects (KR 8.1). Additionally, the focus on developing products that leverage DAOhaus libraries and contract factories (O11) indicates a commitment to providing value-added solutions and tools for DAOs. This includes the development of three minimum viable product (MVP) apps (KR 11.1), comprehensive documentation (KR 11.2), and product walkthroughs and tutorials (KR 11.3) to assist users in utilizing their offerings effectively.
These objectives collectively demonstrate DAOhaus' dedication to transparency, accountability, and providing practical solutions for DAOs, while fostering collaboration, growth, and sustainability within their ecosystem.

Action Round Highlights
This season had a focus on maintenance of the core protocol, and the migration to Optimism. We saw the protocol evolve as an opensource resource for all, with several independent DAO expert groups that leverage the protocol spinning off and getting traction (DAO Masons, Bootleggers, Odyssy). Along with these many other independent projects are building momentum, getting ready to ship, or shipped this season.
